The Latta letters were scanned on a Hewlett Packard ScanJet 6100C flatbed scanner using Corel Photo-Paint 6. The master images were created in TIFF format at a resolution of 300 dpi. The viewing images are JPEG file format, at 100 dpi.
In the transcriptions, capitalization and spelling reflect that of the original document. A question mark within parentheses indicates each illegible word.
